Something is a brewing!
After a decade-plus of living in the beautiful sunny La La Land, Eric and I have decided to move from this Tinsel Town and head towards (quite literally) greener pastures.
We've talked and dreamt and fantasized about all the different places we'd like to live and what new things we'd like to take on. And now with this new addition to our family we want to change our pace and busy lifestyle here in the big city.
So where are we going? Back to my beloved Pacific Northwest!!
We're so excited to take more hikes outside, to finally have a home with a back yard, more time, more space, and more focus on our family.
I also look forward to taking my new design skills back to my home area and to start my new career! Eric is hoping to get to spend more time at home with our girls and to start up his chocolate making business (I don't mind this at all!).
Life is so uncertain and nothing is guaranteed, we might as well make the most of it and follow our hearts. We do not know how the path will unfold for us but that is most exciting! The path starts with the kindness of my parents letting us stay with them as we figure out the next few steps (thanks mom and dad!!)
We have faith that the by following our passions and hearts a richness of life will bloom. It probably won't be a walk in the park, or will it? Parks are great! Besides, walks in the park aren't always perfect, you can still accidentally step in dog poop... or duck poop. But that's beside the point...
